Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services on si6s:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• Each individual may open one account only.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is prohibited.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to access the platform is strictly prohibited.

Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. The following must be strictly observed:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong and unique password.
• If an unauthorised person accesses your account, notify si6s support immediately.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, change your password without delay.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

si6s will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account — unless it is proven that the access was caused by si6s's own fault.

Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

si6s supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh:

Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

si6s offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. All bonus-related rules are detailed below:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 25x (on the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed.
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Restrictions on certain games may apply when betting with bonus funds.
• si6s reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion — members will be notified in advance.

VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

The si6s VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited to the member's account at a set time each week. Whether separate wagering conditions apply to cashback can be found in detail on the promotions page. si6s reserves the right to change or amend any VIP benefits.

Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the si6s platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering using a false or fake identity.
• Using another person's credit card or payment account.
• Fraudulently recovering funds by filing chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Gaining unfair advantage through collusion or team betting.
• Exploiting any software or technical flaw.
• Attempting to hack any game or system on the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or with the permission of, a minor.

If any of the above activities are proven, si6s will immediately close the relevant account and reserves the right to confiscate all balances.

Limitation of Liability

si6s will not be held liable in the following situations when using the platform:

• Any loss caused by the member's own negligence or error.
• A game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device failure.
• Delays or failures by third-party services (payment gateways).
• Unforeseen events beyond si6s's control (Force Majeure) — natural disasters, cyber attacks, legal restrictions, etc.
• Decisions arising from informational errors or translation mistakes on the platform.

si6s's maximum liability for any direct or indirect loss will be limited to the amount of the member's most recent deposit.

Account Closure & Suspension Policy

si6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of these Terms is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If a request for identity verification goes unanswered.
• If suspicion of money laundering arises.
• If there has been no activity on the account for a long time (in accordance with the inactive account policy).
• If the member submits a request to close their account.

If an account is closed, the member may request withdrawal of any remaining balance through support — however, this option may not apply in cases of terms violation.

Notice of Changes to Terms

si6s reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified of major changes via email or platform notification.
• The effective date of the changes will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after the changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If a member does not accept the new terms, they may submit a request to close their account.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between si6s and a member, resolution will first be attempted through the following process:

• Step 2: The support team reviews the details of the dispute and provides a decision.
• Step 3: If the member is not satisfied with si6s's decision, they may file a formal complaint.

Entire Agreement & Severability

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the member and si6s regarding use of the si6s platform and replace all prior oral or written communications. If any part of the terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. If si6s delays in enforcing any term, that will not be considered a waiver of that right.

Bengali or English may be used for all formal communications with si6s.
